Brad Casper

Brad Casper is a leading business executive in Arizona, with a track record of success in a broad cross-section of companies and industries, including sports. He has run large companies, as well as entrepreneurial, smaller ones. He has a strong reputation for leading growth through innovative products and marketing solutions.

Currently Mr. Casper is the Executive Chairman of OH Partners, a rapidly growing full-service advertising agency based in Phoenix, Arizona.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Casper served as the Executive Chairman of Dymatize Nutrition, a private-equity backed sports nutrition business in Dallas, Texas that he sold in January 2014 for more than $400 Million. Concurrent with this role at Dymatize, Mr. Casper also served as President of the Phoenix Suns of the NBA for the 2011-12 season.

Prior to these sports-related executive roles, Casper served as President and CEO of The Dial Corporation, a North American consumer goods company headquartered in Scottsdale, Az. Casper joined Dial after serving as President of Church & Dwight in Princeton, New Jersey. Before joining Church & Dwight, Brad spent more than 16 years at Procter & Gamble, and held key leadership positions domestically and globally, living and working in Asia for 9 years.

Mr. Casper received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Virginia Tech University, where he graduated magna cum laude. He continues to serve on the Pamplin Advisory Council, where he is the Chairman of Student Recruitment. Brad is married to a Hokie, and has three children, including a daughter and son who currently attend Virginia Tech.
